This course provides the most updated information on Minnesota Laws and Rules governing the practice of Cosmetology and federal and state guidelines applicable to the practice of Cosmetology. Students will gain knowledge about the importance of reducing the microbial burden and mitigating contamination, including general public safety practices, recognition of diseases, and infection control.
